ABOUT CAROLJEAN Caroljean received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University Honolulu in 2005. She has practiced as a Licensed Psychologist in Laramie and Cheyenne since August 2006. In her practice she sees individuals and completes psychological evaluations with weight-loss surgery candidates. Dr Bongo has specific training and experience working with eating disorders and weight concerns, including weight loss surgery candidates. In her spare time she enjoys cycling, cross-country skiing, hiking, walking, cooking, and playing with her cats.
No one will be denied services based on their ability to pay. A discounted/sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify. The discounted/sliding fee application is available for download below. Payment by Medicare and Wyoming Medicaid (to include applicable deductable, co-insurance, and co-payment) is accepted as payment in full.
